The idea of having a hearse limousine all started one day when my fiance said to me " I have an idea but it is kind of morbid", I said let me hear it.  My fiance said "how about getting an older hearse and flaming it out to use for biker funerals?"  I said to her that is so outrageous that it would work!

I started to search for a hearse so I did some research on the internet and couldn't believe how many Hearse Clubs there were in the U.S. and the U.K.  After doing a lot of reading one of the sites had some very good things to say about a dealer that is very good and honest, so I looked up his site and there was "Hermo" (my name for the hearse.  Hearse+Limousine = Hermo).  I called the dealer up, made the deal and had Hermo shipped to Plymouth  Massachusetts. 

Now the task of transforming the Hearse.  The whole idea was just to flame out the hearse and add the wheels and that was that but as I started thinking some more I thought, why wait for a biker to die?  Why not make it into a limousine and offer a service to people who like to do "different" things.  People who want to celebrated the life of a person who died, not just mourn the death.   People who want something that  stands out and be noticed.

The Hermo has been been used to bring people to the first game of the World Series in Boston in 2007, been used to go out to celebrate birthdays, night out on the town, just to bar hop, and was even in the 2007 4th of July parade in Plymouth Massachusetts.

Limousines come a dime a dozen but where will you find a Hearse Limousine?  RIGHT HERE!!!

The hearse is a 1984 Cadillac that was in service from 1984 to January 2007 with the same funeral home in Kentucky.  When I got it, it was just shy of 80,000 miles on her.

The tires and wheels were from Town Fair Tire in Plymouth.  The flame job was painted by Brendan of Plympton Cycles in Plympton Massachusetts, and the interior was design by myself and Chris from American Limousines in Hanson Massachusetts.  Chris did all the interior work.

The Hermo has a 6 speaker, 250 watt stereo system, Ipod/MP3 ready with a 12 CD changer.  It is made to wake up the dead.  Great for outdoor partys, store openings or to be use for whatever crazy idea you may come up with.
